A solar plant is not fit-and-forget
A plant lives outdoors for 25 years or more. Dust, heat, rain, loose connections and ageing parts slowly reduce what it produces and can create safety risks. A regular check finds small problems before they become expensive ones.
Our audit covers the whole plant, and you can take it as a single visit or as a package that repeats every quarter, half-year or year.
A complete plant diagnosis
Panels
Cleaning, and a visual check for cracks, hotspots, discolouration and loose frames.
Earthing
Earthing connections and earth resistance, so the plant stays safe.
ACDB and DCDB
Breakers, fuses, surge protection, terminals and signs of heating or burning.
Wiring and connectors
DC and AC cables, MC4 connectors, lugs and any loose or damaged parts.
Structure
Nuts and bolts, rust, tilt and new shadows on the panels.
Inverter
Error log, settings, cooling, display and communication.
Performance check
Actual generation compared with what the plant should produce.
Audit report
A written report with findings and clear next steps.

Yes, in most cases. We start with an audit so we know the plant before we quote.
?Is repair included?
The package covers cleaning, inspection and the report. Repairs and spare parts are quoted separately after we find the issue.
