Summary
- Products sold on https://shop.sunpowers.in are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the cases listed below.
- If a product reaches you damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will replace (exchange) it.
- You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched.
Damaged, defective or wrong product
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (9621050636) or email (helpsunpowers@gmail.com), with photos/video of the product and packaging.
- After checking, we will replace the product or the faulty part free of cost. Exchanged items are not refunded in cash.
- Products that are installed, used, cut (e.g. cables) or specially ordered for you cannot be exchanged, unless they have a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
Solar projects and installations
- Complete solar system / project orders (supply + installation) are prepared for your site and have no return policy. Changes requested in the middle of a project are charged separately.
Order cancellation
- Before dispatch: you may cancel the order; the full amount paid (including the 15% advance on Cash on Delivery orders) is refunded.
- After dispatch: orders normally cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases accepted by us, the amount is refunded after deducting delivery charges.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are sent within 7–10 working days to the original UPI ID or to your bank account.
Warranty
- Warranty is given by the product manufacturer as per its terms. Sunpowers will help you with warranty claims. For complete plants installed by us, phone support is available for 5 years.
